Meydan

Meydan, founded by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, has captivated the world's interest since its inception in 2010. Meydan City, which is now under construction, has given Dubai several notable projects, including hotels and resorts, the sky bubble restaurant, an entertainment club, a concourse plaza, towers, and a boathouse. It has built various creative sub-communities in addition to Meydan One, The Polo Residences, The Polo Townhouses, Millennium Estates, Meydan Avenue, and Meydan Heights.

The Dubai World Cup takes place at Meydan Racecourse, a key feature of Meydan and the centre of horse racing in the UAE. Meydan's portfolio comprises villas, townhouses, apartments, and Emirates Airline housing, which has 528 homes, beautiful green parks, and other essential facilities. Meydan City lies in the middle of Nad Al Sheba, along Ras Al Khor Road and Dubai-Al Ain Road, and Sheikh Rashid Bin Maktoum's goal has grown into a city with several premium developments. This neighbourhood lies after an Arabic phrase, meaning a meeting place, offering economic possibilities, entertainment, and superior living services.

The town's entertainment amenities and proximity to international events set it apart from even the most gorgeous neighbourhoods in the emirate. Some residential projects are moving quickly, while the majority are off-the-plan. Meydan Dubai is a contemporary community with a distinct position on the emirate map, providing a fantastic living experience and access to worldwide athletic and entertainment events.
