Arjan

Arjan is a newly developed community within Dubailand, located on the outskirts of the city. In the north, the community is bordered by Al Barsha and in the south by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. A little further south, you'll find Dubai Motor City, home to the Dubai Autodrome.

Arjan consists of residential and commercial complexes, as well as retail developments. Located in the neighbourhood are two of Dubai's most visited parks: the Dubai Miracle Garden and the Dubai Butterfly Garden.

The Arjan community is largely composed of low-rise and mid-rise apartment buildings. Many different residential sub-communities make up Arjan Dubailand. Among them are Lincoln Park, Green Diamond, Vincitore Palacio, Siraj Tower, and Platinum One.

Due to the fact that this is a relatively new community, it has a peaceful and serene feel. There are no excessive noises or traffic on the roads, and the population is small. Compared with the apartments for rent in Arjan, the rents in other areas of Dubai are higher, which is why this could be an ideal place to live for families.
